The Environmental Education/Education for Sustainable Development (EE/ESD) Lab has central aim to form democratic active citizens able to create sustainable conditions in society. Moreover, it proposes an innovative and radical training and pedagogical/educational framework that makes it a dynamic core change of training in total and as a result, of society. According to the above, laboratory, it advises as an important sponsor of change in education and society with the aim of sustainability.
The specific aims are:
To contribute to our knowledge in EE/ESD.
To develop our understandings of learning and teaching processes.
To contribute to the generation of a new ideology for school sustainable school.
To offer professional development opportunity to in-service teachers and educators.
To develop original ideas and materials for learning.
To support the implementation of educational policy directed towards empowering teachers and students within the educational system.
To assist the development of educational policy in EE/ESD in the country.
